Job Description

This is a part time postion where you will set up, monitor, and coordinate multiple conference calls as requested by Verizon Business customers with the utmost accuracy, while maintaining quality conferencing. Provide professional, timely, and accurate delivery of service to all customers at all times.


Requirements

Requires an Associates or Bachelors degree and one year customer relations and computer experience. Typing speed minimum 35 wpm. Ability to work in an environment that requires effective use of listening, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to solve problems quickly, make sound decisions, and show initiative. Ability to perform multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail.
